Ghost Chicken Kitchen began with a soft launch in November from select Walnut Grill locations and is now fully active within Walnut Grill’s Pittsburgh PA and St. Louis MO footprints that encompass all ten Walnut Grill American Eatery & Bar locations (six in Pittsburgh and four in St. Louis).

Ghost Chicken Kitchen features a variety of fresh hot chicken sandwiches and wings that are made to order. The chicken menu features 20+ unique dry rub and sauce selections, such as a Chipotle Cinnamon Dry Rub or an Inferno Jalapeno Sauce. Ghost Chicken Kitchen also offers a number of creative hand-crafted chicken sandwiches including the Nashville Hot and Chicken and Waffles sandwiches.
